Blending old school comfort food with contemporary flavours, Melbourne’s first fish and chips food truck brings fine dining seafood to the streets. He is using only the freshest catch of the day,seasonal, market-sourced fresh seafood and makes all condiments and spice blends in-house. Mirko handpicks his produce from farmers and providores across the state to bring customers the highest quality food he can.
