Melbourne’s first seafood truck, the Twisted Fisherman made waves as we rolled onto the scene in 2016.

The brainchild of entrepreneur and chef, Mirko whose love and deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients, international cuisine and a touch of experimentation runs through each dish on the menu to deliver a flavour that speaks for itself.

Our strict local seafood only policy and dedication to working with top quality, market fresh produce takes old school fish and chip nostalgia to new heights.

All dishes are complemented by our unique selection of artisan condiments and spice blends, made and formulated in-house, think bacon mayonnaise, chilli mayonnaise and tartare sauce to ensure the Twisted Fisherman is a food experience you won’t quickly forget.
