Our seafood is 100% Australian or New Zealand sourced, our beef comes from Blackmore and Sher Wagyu farms, and every dish is finished to order, not reheated.
That last part matters. Anyone can deliver food. Cooking it on site, to order, in front of two hundred guests is a different sport. Our truck is a full commercial kitchen on wheels, run by chefs who came up through restaurants, not warehouses. From the Grill
We grew up. Through our sister restaurant Wood & Bone, a Melbourne steakhouse and BBQ kitchen, we now bring serious meat to the party: Blackmore full blood Wagyu cheeseburgers, low-and-slow smoked brisket, BBQ lamb, Philly cheesesteaks and Korean fried chicken. Premium farms only: Sher, Blackmore, Borrowdale, King Island and Milking Yard. Vegetarian and vegan guests get real dishes too, not an afterthought salad.

FAQ
What areas of Melbourne do you cater? All of Greater Melbourne and the outer suburbs, from the CBD to the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley and beyond. The truck travels. If you’re outside the metro area, ask us anyway.
How many guests can a food truck cater for? Comfortably from 30 to several thousand. We’ve served high-volume events like the Formula 1 Grand Prix and Moomba. For large events we scale staff and prep accordingly.
Do you only do seafood? No. Seafood is our heritage, but we also serve premium Wagyu burgers, smoked meats, steak, fried chicken and full vegetarian and vegan menus through our Wood & Bone steakhouse connection.
How far in advance should I book? For Saturday weddings and December dates, three to six months. For midweek corporate events, a few weeks is usually fine. Popular dates go first, so earlier is always safer.
