Twisted Fisherman is Melbourne's original seafood food truck — established in 2016 by Chef Mirko, now operating across every inner suburb and well into the outer ring. The truck is a full commercial kitchen on wheels: premium Australian and New Zealand seafood cooked to order, Wagyu burgers and smoked meats sourced from Blackmore, Sher and Borrowdale farms, and a condiment range — bacon mayonnaise, saffron kewpie, house tartare — formulated specifically for the menu.
We've catered the Formula 1, Moomba, the St Kilda Festival, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl and the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. We do intimate backyard birthdays just as well. The format scales; the quality doesn't move.
